Christian Esparza is the founder of FERA and a third-generation blue-collar professional with a background that spans construction, finance, and accounting. Analytical by nature and calm in execution, Christian brings a systems-driven approach to residential painting—focusing on preparation, process, and consistency rather than shortcuts. His experience across trades and financial disciplines shapes how FERA operates: clear scopes, realistic timelines, and work that’s done correctly the first time. Christian works directly on each project, remaining personally accountable from walkthrough to final detail.
